Hours and times means “OGᎧર” (Ogur)  in the Al Bakiyye language. It is used “ჰŧ” as To Be. 

• What time is it? -  ⊲Ċ ჰŧ ᒍӬ OGᎧર (Kach ist la ogur?)

OR

• What is the time? - ᒍӬ OGᎧર ⊲Ċഥ (La ogur kachdir). 

Answer:
